Instructions
1.
1. Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

3. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and the broccoli florets. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still bright green.

4. Add the corn and dried cranberries to the skillet, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until heated through.

5. Slice the chicken and serve it over the broccoli and corn mixture. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
