Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3.
Add diced chicken breast to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Stir in broccoli florets and soy sauce, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until broccoli is tender.

Add cooked brown rice to the skillet, mixing everything together. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
6.
Serve hot and enjoy your healthy chicken and broccoli meal!
