Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.
In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
4.
While the meatballs are baking, cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions. Add the broccoli florets to the pasta water during the last 3 minutes of cooking.
5.
In a blender, combine the low-fat cottage cheese, almond milk, and Parmesan cheese. Blend until smooth to create the alfredo sauce.
6.
Once the pasta and broccoli are cooked, drain and return to the pot. Add the alfredo sauce and mix well.
7.
Serve the pasta and broccoli mixture topped with meatballs and warmed tomato sauce.
