Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.
Season the chicken drumsticks with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
3.
Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
4.
While the chicken is baking, prepare the caprese salad by layering the sliced tomatoes and mozzarella on a serving platter.
5.
Add fresh basil leaves between the layers.
6.
Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the salad and season with salt and pepper.
7.
Once the chicken is done, serve it alongside the caprese salad.
