Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped kale, diced chicken, avocado, hard-boiled eggs, crumbled turkey bacon, blue cheese, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
3.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
4.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving for flavors to meld.
