Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and spinach.

2. Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, grilled chicken, feta cheese, and red onion.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
