Making homemade pizza with a ground chicken crust is a fantastic way to enjoy a healthier twist on a classic favorite. Great call keeping the caesar dressing light!

Instructions

  • 1.

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • 2.

    In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  • 3.

    Spread the chicken mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust about 1/2 inch thick.

  • 4.

    Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  • 5.

    While the crust is baking, prepare the salad by mixing chopped romaine lettuce, light Caesar dressing, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber in a bowl.

  • 6.

    Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.

  • 7.

    Top the chicken crust with the prepared salad mixture and serve immediately.
