Lunch I added chicken to the daily harvest yogurt and a couple squares of chocolate. Dinner has restaurant BBQ sandwich didnt eat all the bread side salad with ranch. Ended with chocolate strawberries.

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, black beans, red bell pepper, avocado, mixed greens, onion, and tomato.

  • 2.

    Drizzle with olive oil and toss gently to combine.

  • 3.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • 4.

    Serve with a sprinkle of cheese (if using) and a side of ranch dressing or Greek yogurt.
