Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the chopped butter lettuce, diced chicken, diced apple, sliced olives, and diced pear.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
4.
If using, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top before serving.
5.
