Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then coat them with the chopped pecans.
3.
Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.

While the chicken is baking, prepare the salad by combining the mixed greens and diced apples in a large bowl.
5.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
6.
Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it.
7.
Serve the sliced chicken over the salad and drizzle with the dressing.
