Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, diced chicken, shredded carrots, and dried cranberries.

In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
4.
If using, sprinkle sliced almonds on top for added crunch.
5.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
