Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, halved grapes, diced celery, and diced apple.
2.
In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3.
Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken and fruit, and stir until everything is well coated.
4.
Lay the chopped lettuce on each tortilla, then top with the chicken salad mixture.
5.
Wrap the tortilla around the filling and serve immediately.
