Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, grapes, apple, and steamed broccoli.
2.
In a separate small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3.
Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
4.
Serve the salad over a bed of mixed greens.
5.
Top with crumbled turkey bacon and shredded cheddar cheese if desired.
