Instructions

    Prepare the rice: Cook japonica and black rice according to package instructions (about 20 minutes).

    Cook the chicken: Grill or bake the chicken breast until fully cooked (about 15 minutes). Slice it into strips.

    Prepare the vegetables: Slice the carrots and cucumber. You can steam the carrots for a softer texture if desired.
