Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, chopped celery, and chopped lettuce.
2.
Add Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
3.
Lay out the whole-wheat wraps and evenly distribute the chicken salad mixture onto each wrap.
4.
Roll the wraps tightly and slice in half to serve.
