Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the mixed lettuce, diced chicken, black beans, corn, and avocado (if using).
2.
Add the salsa and lime juice, then toss gently to combine all ingredients.
3.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and season with salt and pepper to taste.
4.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.

1 cup low-fat cheese, shredded (like mozzarella or feta)

1/2 cup corn (fresh or frozen)

1 avocado, diced (optional for healthy fats)

Juice of 1 lime
