Instructions
1.
1. Start by grilling the chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let them rest before dicing.

2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and green olives.

3. Add the diced avocado and crumbled feta cheese to the salad mix.

4. Top the salad with the grilled chicken and sunflower seeds.

5. Drizzle the light Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

6. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy chicken salad!
