“BREAKFAST: smoothie with water protein powder oats spinach cauliflower dates banana. LUNCH: leftover chicken bean and veggie chili roasted broccoli w/olive oil and a small piece of cake. DINNER:salad w/romaine bell green pepper onion walnuts cheddar mini meatballs chopped southwest creamy dressing. SBACK: Apple and peanut butter”

Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, romaine lettuce, bell peppers, red onion, walnuts, cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, and spinach.
2.
Drizzle the low-fat creamy dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
3.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving for a chilled option.
