Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, diced celery, red onion, bell pepper, and chopped spinach.
2.
Add the Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
3.
Lay out the whole wheat wraps and evenly distribute the chicken salad mixture onto each wrap.
4.
Roll the wraps tightly, slice in half, and serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

1 cup diced celery

1/2 cup diced red onion
5.
1/2 cup diced bell pepper (any color)

1 cup spinach leaves, chopped

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
8.
Salt and pepper to taste
