Instructions

1. Start by grilling or baking the chicken breast until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side. Let it cool and then dice it into bite-sized pieces.

2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed lettuce, diced tomatoes, red bell pepper, and shredded carrots.

3. Add the diced chicken to the bowl with the vegetables.

4. Drizzle the low-calorie dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.

5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
