Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and chopped herbs. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.

Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

Lay out the flatbreads on a clean surface.
4.
Place a generous amount of spinach on each flatbread.
5.
Spoon the chicken mixture over the spinach, spreading it evenly.
6.
Roll the flatbread tightly, slice in half, and serve immediately.
