Instructions
1.
1. Start by preparing your ingredients: shred the cooked organic chicken, wash and dry the lettuce, and slice the tomatoes.
2.
2. Lay out the slices of whole grain bread on a clean surface.
3.
3. On two slices of bread, layer the shredded chicken evenly.
4.
4. Add a slice of Colby Jack cheese on top of the chicken.
5.
5. Top with lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
6.
6. If desired, spread mustard or low-fat mayonnaise on the remaining slices of bread.
7.
7. Place the remaining slices of bread on top to complete the sandwich.
8.
8. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve immediately, or wrap them for later.
