Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.

While the broccoli is roasting, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they are soft and caramelized, about 10 minutes.

In the same skillet, cook the Italian chicken sausages according to package instructions, usually about 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked.

Assemble the sandwiches by placing a sausage in each bun, topping with grilled onions and a drizzle of mustard.

Serve the sandwiches with the roasted broccoli on the side.
