2 types of salad one with garbanzo beans and avocado and one with cranberries at my job once school starts back up they feed us lunch so I have to try and stay away from the hot lunches due to calories and its hard to tell what one serving is so today I stuck to salads

Instructions

    In a large bowl, combine the garbanzo beans, diced avocado, mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, corn, and dried cranberries.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

    Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
