Same same as usual except this time I hot grass fed hanger steak instead of shrimp

Instructions

    1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

    2. Season the hanger steak with salt and pepper. Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

    3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, chickpeas, and diced cucumbers.

    4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice. Drizzle over the salad and toss to combine.
