“Cobb salad with turkey & cheese (again but they are so delicious !)”

Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. (5 minutes)
2.
Add the diced turkey breast, crumbled blue cheese, and bacon bits to the bowl. (3 minutes)
3.
Drizzle the mustard dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients. (2 minutes)
4.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving for a chilled salad.

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cucumber, diced
4.
1 cup cooked turkey breast, diced
5.
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
6.
1/4 cup bacon bits (preferably turkey bacon)
7.
1/4 cup mustard dressing (low-fat or homemade)
