Looks so delicious Great salad! Its packed with fiber-rich vegetables and healthy fats from the avocado and seeds which are great for keeping you full. The feta and blue cheese add a nice touch of protein

Instructions

    1. Start by washing and drying all the vegetables thoroughly.

    2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red bell pepper.

  • 3.

    3. Add the crumbled feta cheese and sliced olives to the bowl.

    4. Gently fold in the diced avocado, chia seeds, and pumpkin seeds.

    5. Drizzle the vinaigrette dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
