Instructions

1. Start by preparing the vegetables: dice the cucumbers, tomatoes, green bell pepper, celery, and onion.

2. In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, tomatoes, green bell pepper, celery, and onion.

3. Drizzle olive oil over the salad and season with salt, pepper, and your choice of spices. Toss gently to combine.

4. For the salmon, season the fillet with salt, pepper, and spices. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the salmon for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
