Instructions

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with this mixture.

3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).

4. While the chicken is grilling, prepare the salad by combining broccoli, red onion, green bell pepper, carrots, black olives, and feta cheese in a large bowl.

5. Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

6. Assemble the burgers by placing the grilled chicken on whole grain buns and topping with the salad mixture.
