Instructions
1.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F).
2.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with this mixture.
3.
Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
4.
While the chicken is grilling, steam the diced sweet potatoes for about 15 minutes until tender.
5.
In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the green beans to the steamer.
6.
If using spinach, add it to the plate just before serving for extra fiber.
7.
Once everything is cooked, serve the grilled chicken alongside the sweet potatoes and green beans.
