Instructions
1.
Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, mix avocado oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.

Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.

While the chicken is marinating, toss the broccoli with a little avocado oil, salt, and pepper.
5.
Place the marinated chicken on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
6.
Roast the broccoli in the oven for about 15 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
7.
Serve the grilled chicken with quinoa, brown rice, and roasted broccoli.
