Instructions
1.
1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped kale, broccoli florets, shredded cabbage, and red cabbage.

2. Add the diced grilled chicken, chopped almonds, and raisins to the bowl.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together a light dressing using olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.

4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.

5. Serve the salad with a handful of Triscuit Thins on the side.
