Instructions

    1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.

    2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.

    3. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, arugula, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, and red onion.
