Instructions
1.
1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.

2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.

3. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, arugula, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, and red onion.

4. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.

5. Add the sliced grilled chicken to the salad and drizzle with the yogurt dressing. Toss gently to combine.
