Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa and couscous. (5 minutes)

Add the chopped lettuce and sliced strawberries to the bowl. (3 minutes)

Top with grilled chicken slices and crumbled blue cheese. (2 minutes)
4.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. (2 minutes)
5.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. (3 minutes)
