Instructions
1.
1. Start by grilling the chicken breast until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side. Let it rest before slicing.

2. While the chicken is grilling, steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 3-5 minutes.

3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, steamed broccoli, and sliced grilled chicken.

4. Add the almonds and drizzle with vinaigrette dressing. Toss gently to combine.

5. Serve with a slice of whole grain bread on the side.
