Instructions
1.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F).

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs (like rosemary or thyme).
3.
Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).

While the chicken is grilling, prepare the salad base by combining mixed greens, shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes, and red onion in a large bowl.
5.
Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
6.
Top the salad with sliced grilled chicken and sprinkle with sliced almonds.
7.
Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
