Instructions
1.
1. Start by grilling the chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let them rest before slicing.

2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, sliced strawberries, diced pineapple, and mixed nuts.

3. Add the sliced grilled chicken on top of the salad mixture.

4. Drizzle the poppyseed dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Serve with whole wheat toast on the side.
