Instructions

    1. Start by grilling the chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let them rest before dicing.

    2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped kale and shredded cabbage.

    3. Add the diced apples and chopped almonds to the bowl.

    4. Once the chicken has cooled, add the diced chicken to the salad.

    5. Drizzle the light vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to combine.
