Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped kale and shredded cabbage. (2 minutes)

Add the diced grilled chicken, diced apple, and sliced almonds to the bowl. (3 minutes)

In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to create a light dressing. (2 minutes)
4.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients. (2 minutes)
5.
Serve immediately with Triscuits on the side for added crunch. (1 minute)
