Instructions

    1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.

    2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.

    3. Grill the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.

    4. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, green olives, pepperoncini, and red onion.
