Instructions
1.
1. Start by grilling the chicken strips over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.

2. While the chicken is grilling, prepare the vegetables. Wash and chop the lettuce, cucumber, carrots, and celery.

3. In a large bowl, combine the mixed lettuce, cucumber, carrots, and celery.

4. Once the chicken is cooked, slice it into bite-sized pieces and add it to the salad bowl.

5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.

6. Drizzle the light vinaigrette dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

7. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy grilled chicken salad!
