Instructions
1.
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.

3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.

4. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, shredded carrots, red onion, and diced avocado.

5. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.

6. Add the sliced grilled chicken on top of the salad, sprinkle with feta cheese, and drizzle with the dressing.
7.
7. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
