Instructions

1. Start by grilling the chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let them rest before slicing.

2. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the hard-boiled eggs by boiling them for 9-12 minutes, then cool and peel.

3. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and diced avocado.

4. Add the sliced grilled chicken and quartered hard-boiled eggs to the salad.

5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Toss gently to combine all ingredients and serve immediately.
