Instructions
1.
In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated chicken, bell peppers, onion, and asparagus onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
4.
In a separate pot, boil the baby potatoes until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and season with garlic powder, salt, and red pepper flakes.
5.
Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
6.
Serve the skewers with the seasoned baby potatoes on the side.

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes

1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks

1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
4.
1 medium onion, cut into chunks
5.
1 cup asparagus, trimmed

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced
8.
1 tsp garlic powder
9.
1 tsp smoked paprika
10.
Salt and black pepper to taste
11.
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
12.
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
