Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).
2.
Add minced garlic and diced red bell pepper, sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
3.
Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
4.
Stir in the green beans, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the green beans are tender.
5.
Serve the beef and vegetable mixture over cooked brown rice.
