Your creativity in adding veggies to your burger patty is commendable. Remember every meal is a step towards your goal. Keep it up.

Instructions

  • 1.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

  • 2.

Add the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

  • 3.

While the beef is cooking, steam the green beans until tender, about 5 minutes.

  • 4.

In a separate pan, sauté the chopped lettuce and green bell pepper for 3-4 minutes until slightly wilted.

  • 5.

In the same skillet as the beef, create four small wells and crack an egg into each. Cover and cook until the eggs are set, about 3-4 minutes.

  • 6.

To serve, place the beef mixture on a plate, top with sautéed veggies, and add the cooked eggs. Sprinkle with cheese and enjoy!
