Amazing! Your choice of egg roll in a bowl and raspberries is a fantastic combination. The egg roll in a bowl is a good source of lean protein which is essential for keeping you full. And the raspberries are a great source of fiber which also contributes to satiety

Instructions

  • 1.

In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat (about 1-2 minutes).

  • 2.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula (about 5-7 minutes).

  • 3.

Stir in the shredded cabbage and cook until wilted (about 3-4 minutes).

  • 4.

Push the mixture to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the empty side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked (about 2-3 minutes).

  • 5.

Mix the eggs into the beef and cabbage mixture.

  • 6.

Add the chopped green onions, sesame seeds, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  • 7.

Serve hot, garnished with extra green onions if desired.

Ingredients

  • 1.

1 lb ground lean beef (90% lean or higher)

  • 2.

4 cups shredded cabbage (Napa or green cabbage)
