Instructions
1.
In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat (about 1-2 minutes).

Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).

Stir in the shredded cabbage and carrots, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
5.
Add the chopped green onions, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
6.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then remove from heat and serve warm.
