Instructions
1.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2.
In a bowl, mix the ground turkey with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
3.
Cook the turkey patties in the air fryer for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each patty to melt.
5.
While the turkey is cooking, prepare the air-fried fries according to package instructions.
6.
Steam the green beans for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp.
7.
Assemble the burgers by placing the turkey patty on the whole wheat bun, topping with onion, pickles, tomato, ketchup, and mustard.
8.
Serve the burgers with air-fried fries and steamed green beans on the side.

4 slices Swiss cheese (low-fat if preferred)

1/2 cup ketchup (no added sugar)

1/4 cup mustard

1 small onion, sliced

1/2 cup pickles, sliced
8.
1 large tomato, sliced
9.
12 oz frozen air-fried fries (or homemade with minimal oil)
10.
12 oz fresh green beans, trimmed
