Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

Add diced carrots and sauté for 5 minutes until slightly tender.
3.
Stir in the ground turkey breast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 7-10 minutes until the turkey is browned and cooked through.
4.
Add cauliflower rice and spinach to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the spinach is wilted and the cauliflower is heated through.
5.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
